About the position

The Operations Manager will oversee the operations of a growing and well-established commercial restoration construction company. This role requires a highly motivated and proactive individual with extensive experience in commercial and residential restoration. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing staff, projects, and scheduling, ensuring quality and efficiency in restoration operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and manage project schedules
• Ensure quality control in commercial and residential restoration projects
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
• Manage operations and branch management functions
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project completion
• Travel as required for project oversight

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Operations/Branch Management role
• High School Diploma or GED; Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Xactimate and DASH preferred but not required
• IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged
• Strong knowledge in commercial and residential restoration projects
• Ability to oversee staff and manage scheduling
• Highly motivated and proactive individual
