About the position

The Restoration Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley/University City is responsible for managing and motivating the Restoration Division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and staff development. This role involves maintaining communication with management and staff, implementing quality assurance protocols, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The manager will also oversee the maintenance of facilities and equipment, analyze operational efficiency, and foster leadership and management skills within the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and motivate the entire Restoration Division.
• Maintain continuous communication with management, staff, and vendors.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Manage staff development of the Restoration Division.
• Work with the General Manager and Owner to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and oversee protocols for facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables maintenance.
• Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes with management.
• Analyze the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures.
• Maintain the development of leadership and management skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Industry certifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations.
• Minimum 3 years management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
