About the position

The Operations Manager will oversee the operations of a growing and well-established commercial restoration construction company. This role requires a highly motivated and proactive individual with extensive experience in commercial and residential restoration. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing staff, projects, and scheduling, ensuring quality and efficiency in restoration operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee staff and manage project schedules.
  • Ensure quality control in commercial and residential restoration projects.
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Manage branch operations and maintain effective communication with team members.
  • Implement strategies for growth and efficiency within the operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in an Operations/Branch Management role.
  • High School Diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Xactimate and DASH is preferred but not required.
  • IICRC qualifications are strongly encouraged.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and residential restoration projects.
  • Ability to oversee staff and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Highly motivated and proactive with strong leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the restoration construction industry.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
