About the position

The Restoration Operations Manager will oversee restoration projects within a well-established construction company, focusing on both commercial and residential restoration. This role requires a proactive individual with extensive experience in restoration operations, capable of managing staff, projects, and schedules effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee restoration projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage staff and coordinate project schedules.
  • Implement effective mitigation and rebuild strategies for water, fire, and mold damage.
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills in project management.
  • Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the restoration process.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in restoration operations.
  • Experience in residential and commercial mitigation and rebuild.
  • Knowledge of water, fire, and mold restoration processes.
  • IICRC qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to oversee staff and manage multiple projects.
  • Self-sufficient and highly motivated individual.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with IICRC certifications.
  • Proven track record in managing large restoration projects.
