About the position

The Restoration Operations Manager will oversee restoration projects within a well-established construction company, focusing on both commercial and residential restoration. This role requires a proactive individual with extensive experience in restoration operations, capable of managing staff, projects, and schedules effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and schedule staff for various restoration tasks.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards during restoration processes.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and quality of work.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in restoration operations.
• Experience in residential and commercial mitigation and rebuild.
• Knowledge of water, fire, and mold restoration processes.
• IICRC qualifications preferred but experience is acceptable.
• Ability to oversee staff and manage project schedules.
• Self-sufficient and highly motivated individual.
