About the position

The Restoration Operations Manager will oversee restoration projects within a well-established construction company, focusing on both commercial and residential restoration. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual with extensive experience in restoration operations, including mitigation and rebuild processes. The manager will be responsible for staff oversight, project management, and scheduling, ensuring high-quality service delivery in the restoration industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration projects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage staff and coordinate project schedules.
• Implement effective mitigation and rebuild strategies for residential and commercial properties.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in restoration operations.
• Experience in residential and commercial mitigation and rebuild.
• Knowledge of water, fire, and mold restoration processes.
• IICRC qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to oversee staff and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Self-sufficient and highly motivated individual.
