Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within the restoration industry, either commercial or residential.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to document and escalate customer concerns effectively.
  • Experience in project management and coordination.

Nice-to-haves
