About The Position
As a Restorative Aide (CNA) at Crestwood Terrace, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents, who are primarily from the mentally ill/behavior health population. This position is not just about fulfilling job duties; it’s about forming meaningful connections with each resident, knowing their names and stories, and being a supportive partner in their journey to healthy living. You will work in a slower-paced environment that allows for more one-on-one interaction with residents, assisting them with daily activities and providing companionship. Your responsibilities will include attending activity outings, helping residents with clothing choices, and setting appointments, all while ensuring a high standard of care in a facility that prides itself on its 5-Star Quality measure and high patient satisfaction ratings.
