About the position

The Retail Account Manager (RAM) at Atomic Brands is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail accounts, including liquor stores and convenience stores. This role focuses on increasing sales through effective merchandising, hosting sampling events, and placing point-of-sale materials. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and energetic, with a strong drive for results and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Visit retail accounts to build relationships with decision makers.
  • Merchandise products effectively to increase visibility and sales.
  • Host sampling events to promote brand awareness and product trials.
  • Place point-of-sale materials to enhance product promotion.
  • Support retail partners in increasing sales of Atomic Brands products.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Innovative approach to account management and distribution expansion.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
