Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers on the retail floor to introduce and promote the client's products and services.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating the client's brand values and product benefits.
  • Assist customers with their purchases, answer questions, and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the client's products to educate customers and address their inquiries effectively.
  • Strive to meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and customer interactions to drive sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring all product displays are well-presented and attractive.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve service and product offerings.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive retail environment.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively and professionally.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player who enjoys working in a retail setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product information clearly.
  • Ability to maintain an organized and tidy retail environment.

Nice-to-haves
