In this role, you will actively engage with customers on the retail floor to introduce and promote the client's products and services. You will serve as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating the client's brand values and product benefits. Assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and providing recommendations will be key to enhancing their shopping experience. Developing in-depth knowledge of the client's products will enable you to educate customers and address their inquiries effectively. You will strive to meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging your product knowledge and customer interactions to drive sales. Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment is essential, ensuring all product displays are well-presented and attractive. Gathering and relaying customer feedback will help improve service and product offerings. Collaboration with other team members will ensure a cohesive and supportive retail environment, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively and professionally.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player who enjoys working in a retail setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product information clearly.
  • Ability to maintain an organized and tidy retail environment.

Nice-to-haves
