Responsibilities

  • Infuse Retail Sales Representatives with a passion for T-Mobile's Manifesto and customer service standards.
  • Ensure customer needs are met and build confidence through a comfortable and simple experience.
  • Conduct observations of Retail Sales Representatives' customer interactions and provide feedback for development.
  • Manage customer wait times effectively.
  • Stay current on products, services, and promotions to support the team.
  • Lead by example and remain an expert resource for the team.
  • Interact with Retail Sales Representatives to ensure they meet monthly success measurements and complete training on time.
  • Maintain the quality of the store environment and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards.
  • Utilize visual displays and interactive devices effectively and keep them current.
  • Assist in executing Retail Methods & Procedures and ensure team knowledge of store systems.
  • Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and manage store expenses.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of store operations.
