Responsibilities

• Inspire a sales team and create exceptional customer experiences in retail stores.
• Resolve customer issues and assist with customer transactions.
• Train and coach team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify selling skill gaps and implement development plans to meet sales metrics.
• Analyze staffing needs and manage store operations, including financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Monitor inventory, restock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Manage store merchandising and ensure planogram compliance.
• Complete store opening and closing activities.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work additional shifts during peak periods.
