About the position
The Retail Associate for Firearms & Sporting Goods at Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge in a retail environment. Responsibilities
- Provide customers with knowledgeable assistance on firearms, ammunition, camping, hiking, hunting, and fishing products.
- Display products in a way that enhances the shopping experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction from the moment they enter the store until they leave.
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold the company's mission, values, and principles.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to sell firearms.
- Possess a 'can-do' attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform heavy and repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Legally able to own a firearm.
