As a Nike Retail Associate, you will be the face of NIKE, Inc., providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer experiences.
- Operate cash registers and handle shipping and receiving duties.
- Maintain store cleanliness and build visual displays to promote products.
- Attend store events and support team initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
- Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
