Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Design and wrap culinary gifts based on standard designs or custom requests from guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization while keeping products stocked.
• Utilize the retail POS system proficiently for transactions and inventory management.
• Participate in daily operations of the shop, including merchandising and product knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Passion for food and cooking with the ability to learn product offerings quickly.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Creative ability to design and wrap culinary gifts.
• Ability to work independently and foster teamwork.
• Physical ability to be mobile in the store and lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and flexible shifts.

Nice-to-haves
