About the position

The Retail Associate Manager at T-Mobile plays a crucial role in leading and developing the store team to achieve customer satisfaction and Mobile Expert success. This position partners with the Store Manager to ensure that every customer interaction reflects T-Mobile's commitment to service excellence and that the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Infuse Mobile Experts with a passion for T-Mobile's Manifesto and ensure they meet customer needs.
• Complete observations of Mobile Experts' interactions with customers and provide feedback for development.
• Manage customer wait times and stay updated on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example and assist Mobile Experts in meeting defined success measurements.
• Maintain the quality of the store environment and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications.
• Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and manage store expenses.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills (Required)
• Leadership skills (Required)
• Knowledge of store operations (Required)
