About the position

The Retail Associate Manager at T-Mobile plays a crucial role in leading and developing the store team to enhance customer experiences and drive Mobile Expert success. This position works closely with the Store Manager to ensure that the store meets T-Mobile's customer service standards and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Infuse Mobile Experts with a passion for T-Mobile's Manifesto and ensure they meet customer needs.
• Complete observations of Mobile Experts' interactions with customers and provide feedback for development and training.
• Manage customer wait times effectively and stay updated on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example and ensure the team meets defined success measurements and completes training on time.
• Maintain the quality of the store environment and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications.
• Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and manage store expenses.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Required)
• Leadership skills (Required)
• Knowledge of store operations (Required)
