About the position

The Retail Associate Manager at T-Mobile plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team. This position focuses on enhancing customer experiences and ensuring that the store meets T-Mobile's standards for service and operational excellence. The Retail Associate Manager is responsible for training and coaching Mobile Experts, managing store operations, and driving financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Infuse Mobile Experts with a passion for T-Mobile's Manifesto and ensure they meet customer needs.
• Complete observations of Mobile Experts' interactions with customers and provide feedback for development.
• Manage customer wait times effectively and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example and ensure the team meets defined success measurements and completes training on time.
• Maintain the quality of the store environment and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications.
• Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and manage store expenses.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Required)
• Leadership skills (Required)
• Knowledge of store operations (Required)
