Responsibilities
- Provide enthusiastic and knowledgeable customer service about NIKE products and services.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their fitness needs are understood and met.
- Exceed customer expectations at every step of their shopping journey.
- Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and kindness in all interactions.
- Operate cash registers and handle shipping and receiving duties.
- Stock products, clean, and build visual displays as needed.
- Attend store events to support your teammates.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
- Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
