About the position
As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will work with a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for customers. This role involves meeting production standards to deliver quality customer service and learning the daily operations of a retail store, which can lead to future career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Cashiering and Sales Floor Support.
- Processing and pricing donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines (housewares items).
- Assisting customers at the Donation Door with material handling, pre-sorting, and movement of donated goods.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No experience required, will train the right person for the job.
