Responsibilities
- Act as a customer liaison to deliver TD's brand promise through financial expertise and consultative advice.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions to optimize their relationship with TD.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to assess customer needs and lead outbound sales activities.
- Engage in customer outreach and provide advice to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Facilitate loan product applications and maintain active registration with NMLS.
- Participate in team activities to support a positive work environment and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of related experience required, preferably in a teller role.
- Superior customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual in English/Spanish, English/Creole, or English/French preferred.
- Notary License preferred.
