About the position

The Retail Beauty Consultant at Palm Beach Tan is responsible for representing the brand and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role involves meeting sales quotas, building long-term customer relationships, and maintaining a clean and organized salon environment. The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with a flexible schedule, allowing individuals to thrive in a commission-driven environment while pursuing a career in the skincare industry.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Requirements

• Ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time, ability to work 35-40 hours per week for full-time
• Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
• Customer service experience
• Friendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals
• Polished professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for 5-8 hours per day
