About the position

The Retail Sales Manager will oversee and manage all offline sales channels for a global cosmetics company, focusing on the skincare segment. This role involves coordinating sales activities, planning promotional events, and maintaining relationships with key retail partners. The position requires a strong understanding of the beauty market and the ability to analyze sales data to drive performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage company's all off-line channels such as Ulta, Target, etc.
  • Direct and coordinate all off-line sales activities
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events and Visual Merchandising needs
  • Achieve needed results and a high level of sales performance
  • Monitor stock level and execute needed actions to maintain healthy stock level at stores
  • Prepare sales projections & budget and expenditures and control them within budget
  • Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Develop and maintain relationship with key retail partners
  • Identify emerging channel & markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Keep abreast of beauty market trends to determine the need for improvements in the retail channels
  • Create and communicate weekly & monthly reports with highlights & actions
  • Demonstrate teamwork by assisting and cooperating with co-workers as needed by working cross functionally
  • Communicate effectively and demonstrate flexibility with changing business needs

Requirements

  • 4+ years of retail sales experience
  • Must have beauty experience
  • Must have Ulta and Target management experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Analytical mind and familiar with data analysis principles
  • Good knowledge of Excel and retailer's portal management
  • Strong presentation skills
