About the position

The Retail Brand Advocate is responsible for merchandising products at retail locations while fostering relationships with store personnel. This role focuses on driving sales for a well-known technology brand by effectively communicating product information and initiatives to store employees and managers. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, adaptable, and possess strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support a well-known technology brand in retail locations to achieve client goals by building partnerships with store employees.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all client products to act as a subject matter expert.
  • Merchandise and stock gift cards and products on specified fixtures and planograms.
  • Correct in-store merchandising issues such as display, fixture, product placement, and pricing.
  • Replace graphic signage on fixtures and clean dedicated fixtures and displays.
  • Accurately complete store visit reports, paperwork, and ongoing personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines.
  • Route and manage schedule independently, ensuring coverage of approximately 50-70 locations efficiently.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a business plan for the designated territory to drive measurable results for stores.
  • Quickly adapt to existing processes and learn new technological advances.

Requirements

  • 1-year retail merchandising experience.
  • Advanced understanding of technology preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Own vehicle with insurance (paid travel time and mileage reimbursement for personal car use).
  • Ability to store and transport supplies and point of purchase materials needed to complete job responsibilities.
  • Available to complete online and in-person training as needed.
  • Access to a computer and printer with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; working knowledge with CRM's is a plus.
  • Personal credit card for travel reimbursement.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screen.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
