As a Retail Brand Ambassador for Designer Handbags, you will be an exceptional colleague who drives sales by connecting with customers and sharing your extensive product knowledge. Your role will involve cultivating a repeat clientele and serving as the expert for the vendor/brand/area you represent. You will regularly communicate specific customer needs and shopping patterns to the vendor community, execute top-side Central strategies, and maintain email contact with vendors. Additionally, you will drive sales through strategic merchandising initiatives for the vendor/brand/area you represent, ensuring that the sales floor is well-stocked and properly signed for sales and markdowns. Your responsibilities will also include planning, organizing, and leading customer-facing vendor-sponsored events in partnership with the vendor community, ensuring that sales and participation goals are met. You will be proficient in using the POS system, including Search and Send, and My Client, and will be expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality while performing other assigned duties.
