About the position

Join one of the largest bottlers and distributors of the world's most iconic beverage brands! Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will serve as a Right Execution Daily (RED) surveyor, playing a crucial role in our sales support staff. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accuracy in data entry and tracking display activity in the marketplace. This position requires a vehicle, as you will be driving to various stores in the Seattle, Kent, Federal Way, Tukwila, and Covington areas. You will connect with customers, consumers, and our front-line sales associates, contributing to our excellence in execution. As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will provide expert-level guidance to Swire Coca-Cola associates on how deliverables can be achieved in an optimized, quality-based manner. You will build strong relationships with customers, consumers, and employees at all levels of the business. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures is essential, as is the maintenance, care, and inventory of all assigned equipment. You will work closely with all teams within the organization to manage data and reporting design efficiently, ensuring long-term stability in reporting outputs. Quality control procedures will be a key focus, and you will manage an effective routing process each week. Your role will also involve completing all necessary paper and electronic work, carefully reviewing displays, price tags, signs, and promotional materials to ensure they meet company standards. Collaboration and communication with all customers, both internal and external, will be vital to maximizing efficiencies and maintaining the care and inventory of all assigned equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert level guidance to Swire Coca-Cola associates on how deliverables can be achieved in an optimized, quality-based way by explaining the RED process in a clear, simple and practical fashion.
  • Build strong relationships with our customers, consumers and employees at all levels of the business.
  • Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures by all employees.
  • Maintenance, care and inventory of all assigned equipment.
  • Work closely with all teams within the organization to ensure data and reporting design are managed in the most efficient way to ensure long term stability in reporting outputs.
  • Ensure proper quality control procedures are utilized.
  • Manage an effective and efficient routing process each week.
  • Complete all necessary paper and/or electronic work, carefully review displays, price tags, signs and promotional materials ensuring they are up to standard.
  • Collaborate and communicate with all customers (internal & external) to maximize efficiencies maintenance, care and inventory of all assigned equipment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation, Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
  • Technology experience - iPhone/Smartphone devices a plus
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds
