About the position

The Retail Brand Ambassador role is designed for enthusiastic individuals who will represent our brand and engage with customers in a positive manner. This position focuses on delivering quality interactions, building trust, and contributing to sales efforts through effective communication and representation of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality one-on-one interactions to customers
• Actively participates as a brand influencer
• Contributes to sales leads during each scheduled activation
• Consistently and accurately reports event data and photos as assigned
• Remains knowledgeable and up to date on product key features
• Builds trust with customers and clients

Requirements

• 1-2 years brand ambassador/sales/marketing experience is preferred
• A dynamic and engaging communicator
• Highly self-motivated
• Associates degree or higher
