The Retail Brand Ambassador at Mauzy Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is responsible for engaging with customers at retail locations to generate sales leads for the HVAC department. This role requires strong communication skills and a positive attitude, as the ambassador will set appointments and book free consultations for customers, contributing to the company's reputation for outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities

• Become a brand ambassador by understanding client needs through consulting and providing solutions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Develop an understanding of HVAC products and services to communicate their benefits to potential customers.
• Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients to educate them on the company's services.
• Setting appointments with customers to conduct free estimates for replacement or maintenance services.
• Seek new sales leads through prospecting and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Previous Sales, Retail, lead generation, or brand ambassador experience.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional tone.
