About the position

The Retail Brand Experience Associate at Avocado Green Brands is a full-time, non-exempt position focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting retail operations. This role involves engaging with customers through various digital platforms, maintaining the integrity of the retail space, and contributing to community programs and events. The associate will work closely with the management team to enhance operational efficiency and meet sales targets, all while upholding the company's commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Work with the management team to maintain the integrity of the retail space, including cleaning, moving, and receiving inventory.
• Assist with planning and executing events and community programs.
• Suggest methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service.
• Engage in daily digital sales activities, including conducting sales through chats, phones, and virtual appointments.
• Follow up with customers through the CRM platform to ensure a wholesome experience.
• Assist the team with managing the daily workload of responding to customer emails.
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise.
• Work with the team and individually to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and OKRs.
• Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams.
• Accept and implement coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience unlike any other in the industry.

Requirements

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform is a plus.
• Experience tracking KPIs or Sales Goals is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a no-task-too-small mentality.
• Self-starter with a resilient, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Comfortable taking phone and video appointments.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice-to-haves

• Café experience; training experience; experience running branded events is a plus.
