About the position

The Retail Brand Experience Associate at Avocado Green Brands is a full-time, non-exempt position focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting the company's eco-luxury products. This role involves both retail and digital sales activities, requiring strong customer service skills and a passion for sustainability. The associate will work closely with the management team to maintain the retail space, assist with events, and engage with customers through various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work with the management team to maintain the integrity of the retail space, including cleaning, moving, and receiving inventory.
• Assist with planning and executing events and community programs.
• Suggest methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service.
• Engage in daily digital sales activities, including conducting sales through chats, phones, and virtual appointments.
• Follow up with customers through the CRM platform to ensure a wholesome experience.
• Assist the team with managing the daily workload of responding to customer emails.
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise.
• Work with the team and individually to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and OKRs.
• Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience unlike any other in the industry.

Requirements

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform is a plus.
• Experience tracking KPIs or sales goals is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a no-task-too-small mentality.
• Self-starter with a resilient, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Comfortable taking phone and video appointments.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice-to-haves

• Café experience or training experience.
