Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and thank them for their business.
• Provide fast and friendly service and accurate product information.
• Ring up sales and merchandise, offering applicable discounts and promotions.
• Prepare cashier checkout reports accurately according to policy.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Properly label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Adhere to safety and security guidelines, reporting any incidents to the Store Manager.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Fuel customers' cars and check engine fluids as needed.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling procedures are followed.
• Reconcile daily paperwork and complete daily deposits when covering shifts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older to sell restricted products including alcohol and tobacco.
• Willingness and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Previous retail or cashier experience is preferred.
• Experience in leading by example and maintaining integrity.
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
• Reliable transportation to support multiple locations.
