About the position

The Retail Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand for tech gaming products through the implementation of regional and national marketing strategies. This role involves collaboration with sales teams, product managers, finance, agency partners, and retail customers. The position requires strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills, with a focus on integrating cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with marketing initiatives
  • Manage in-store merchandising and project management
  • Plan and execute media strategies
  • Oversee new product roll-outs
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in paid media management, specifically with Tiekametrics and Roundel or Citrus Ads
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on marketing tactics and digital campaign KPIs
  • Experience in omni marketing and development of promotional materials
  • Financial acumen for budget management and optimization
  • Ability to create A+ merchandising online and manage product details in retailer portals

  • Experience with creative brief writing and approval processes
