About the position

The Clinic Manager at Ideal Image is a consultative sales-oriented leader responsible for delivering the Ideal Image Brand Experience. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, and sales performance at a clinic location, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction. The manager conducts sales consultations, motivates a team of medical professionals and client service staff, and drives clinic sales and marketing efforts to achieve profitability and client retention goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-clinic sales consultations and create care plans in partnership with Medical Professionals.
  • Manage and drive sales initiatives to retain clients and improve service.
  • Lead a selling culture within the clinic to foster customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
  • Deliver sales performance that meets or exceeds clinic targets and coach the clinic team on sales techniques.
  • Manage clinic service revenue, employee productivity, payroll, and daily operations.
  • Utilize CRM for marketing to new and returning customers and create outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales Center Managers to drive clinic goals and enhance client experience.
  • Conduct daily huddles to drive achievement of sales goals and optimize scheduling.
  • Ensure clinic facilities meet Ideal brand standards and create a welcoming environment.
  • Handle client concerns professionally and facilitate conflict resolution when needed.
  • Coach, develop, and mentor associates to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Implement retention strategies to manage associate turnover and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and medical protocols.
  • Oversee the interview and onboarding process for new associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a relevant work environment.
  • 3+ years of consultative sales experience preferred.
  • Proficient with standard operational software (Outlook, MS Suite) and sales technologies (Salesforce, POS systems).
  • Strong multi-tasking and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective leadership skills including prioritizing and goal management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and meeting financial KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build team rapport.
  • Clear and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience in the medical aesthetics industry.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
