About the position

As a Co-Manager at Hobby Lobby, you will play a crucial role in leading a retail team and ensuring a vibrant shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Make sound decisions regarding store operations and personnel management.
  • Develop and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers.
  • Manage inventory and oversee merchandising strategies.

Requirements

  • Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to make sound decisions pertaining to store operations and personnel.
  • Must be a motivational leader with the willingness to develop and work alongside their team.
  • Must have previous management experience, preferably in a Big Box retail environment.
  • Must have a willingness to relocate for the right opportunities.
