About the position

The Retail Co-Store Manager is responsible for leading the sales team and ensuring the successful operation of the sales floor and receiving area. This role focuses on creating a positive associate and customer experience while overseeing merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial management. The Co-Store Manager works closely with the Store Team Leader to meet operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction.
  • Demonstrate exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences, ensuring company standards are met in every interaction.
  • Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
  • Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
  • Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs are met.
  • Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor's degree related to Business Management preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
  • Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
  • Must have a valid Driver's license.
