About the position

The Color Expert at Lip Lab is a part-time role focused on creating custom lip products for guests. This position involves engaging with customers to help them design their unique lip color, including aspects like color, finish, flavor, and naming. The role emphasizes creativity, guest interaction, and teamwork in a fun and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a unique and entertaining guest experience from beginning to end, including confirming reservations and welcoming guests.
• Work closely with the store manager and team to ensure a positive work environment.
• Emulate Lip Lab brand DNA and culture during guest interactions.
• Encourage guests to capture moments and share on social media.
• Naturally add on products during services to grow basket size.
• Follow all standards, operating practices, and GMP (good manufacturing process) guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong background in guest services in a fast-paced environment.
• An eye and passion for color and artistry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A can-do and go-getter attitude.
• Open weekend availability.
• Physically able to meet the demands of the job, including standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, kneeling, and squatting.
