About the position

As a Counter Manager in the Macy's Cosmetics Department, you will oversee all aspects of a cosmetics line, including managing a team of Beauty Advisors. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proficiency in vendor line(s) and beauty trends.
• Strong analytical skills to utilize metrics and analyze sales reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to address business challenges.
• Attention to detail in handling daily tasks and examining reports.
