Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers in a friendly manner.
• Master store products, services, loyalty programs, and sales systems to assist customers.
• Process shipments efficiently and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Assist the leadership team with new product and seasonal changes.
• Replenish stock onto the sales floor.
• Maintain high customer readiness standards by ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
• Participate in inventory processes and stockroom maintenance.
• Process damages, transfers, and returns to vendor merchandise.
• Follow shortage programs and procedures related to receiving functions.
• Adhere to Asset Protection and inventory control procedures.

Requirements
