About the position

The position involves leading and coaching a team of framers in a retail environment, focusing on building customer relationships and driving custom framing sales. The role requires assisting the Store Manager in managing store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering high-quality framing solutions to customers. The individual will also be responsible for team development, inventory management, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Company programs.
  • Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
  • Achieve personal and team KPI's related to sales and production.
  • Review sales and production workload and build plans for networking.
  • Manage and execute inventory management processes as assigned.
  • Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
  • Participate in the truck unload and stocking processes.
  • Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
  • Retail management experience is preferred.
  • Experience leading a sales team is preferred.
