Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by selling merchandise and meeting customer needs in-store and virtually.
  • Leverage product knowledge and digital resources to educate customers and increase sales.
  • Assist customers in making informed product choices, focusing on size and fit in apparel.
  • Promote services using company social media and sales promotion calendars to drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships throughout the store to problem-solve for customers.
  • Communicate daily customer feedback to the Sales and Customer Experience Manager.
  • Maintain department recovery standards, including selling floor and fitting rooms.
  • Adhere to asset protection control and compliance procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of selling or retail experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers and peers.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
