This position requires flexibility, as you will be expected to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. In addition to providing outstanding customer service, you will leverage your product knowledge and digital resources to educate customers on their options, helping them make informed decisions about their purchases. You will also maintain department recovery standards and adhere to asset protection procedures, ensuring a safe and organized shopping environment. Your feedback will be vital in communicating with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager to continuously improve the customer experience.
