Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by selling merchandise and meeting customer needs in-store and online.
• Assist customers with product recommendations focusing on size, fit, and style while leveraging product knowledge.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and enhance their shopping journey using digital tools and social media.
• Develop and maintain relationships with peers and store leadership to problem-solve for the best customer outcomes.
• Share customer feedback daily to improve the customer experience.
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems and other store technology to assist in selling and fulfilling customer orders.
• Partner with the store team and community to develop and host events that drive sales.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure fitting rooms are customer-ready.
• Receive and set up new merchandise according to visual guidelines.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of selling or customer experience preferred.
• Good understanding of the products being sold and ability to provide expert guidance to customers.
• Comfortable communicating with customers virtually, via phone, and in person.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and achieve sales goals.
• Familiarity with point of sale technology and applications.
• Self-driven to keep up with product knowledge and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
