In this role, you will collaborate closely with your peers, particularly with the At Your Service colleagues, to build strong partnerships that enhance the overall shopping experience. You will also connect customers with Personal Stylists when necessary, ensuring they receive tailored advice and support. Your ability to communicate effectively with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager will be vital, as you will provide daily feedback on customer interactions to help improve the overall customer experience. Maintaining department recovery standards is another key aspect of your role, which includes keeping the selling floor and fitting rooms organized and presentable. You will also be responsible for adhering to asset protection control and compliance procedures, ensuring that all company policies are followed. Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by selling merchandise and meeting customer needs in-store or through virtual selling.
  • Leverage product knowledge and digital resources to educate customers and increase sales.
  • Assist customers in making the best product choices, focusing on size and fit in apparel areas.
  • Promote services using company social media assets and the sales promotion calendar to drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships throughout the store to problem-solve and create positive outcomes for customers.
  • Communicate with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager to provide daily customer feedback.
  • Maintain department recovery standards, including the selling floor and fitting rooms.
  • Adhere to asset protection control and compliance procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of selling or retail experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers, peers, and management.
  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
