As a leader in our store, you will be responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. Your role will involve ensuring that our customers receive prompt and courteous service, as well as actively promoting our loyalty programs. You will lead by example, engaging with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store environment that reflects our commitment to quality and service. In this position, you will create a positive internal and external customer experience by fostering a culture of honesty and integrity. You will take an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, ensuring they are equipped to personalize the customer experience while promoting our loyalty programs. Your responsibilities will include assigning registers, supporting POS coverage needs, and coordinating breaks for all Associates. You will also address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive impression of our store. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will need to communicate accurately with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities. You will provide progress updates and accept recognition and constructive feedback to foster a collaborative team environment. Additionally, you will partner with management to identify Associate training needs, ensuring that our team is effective and well-prepared to meet customer expectations. Adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures is essential, as is promoting safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment for both customers and Associates. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the overall success of the store.
