As a Retail Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting an excellent customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer receives prompt and courteous service, while also promoting our loyalty programs. You will lead by example, engaging with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive internal and external customer experience. You will model outstanding customer service and promote a culture of honesty and integrity, ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times. Training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles will be a key part of your duties, as you will coach them on personalizing the customer experience and effectively promoting loyalty programs. You will also manage the operational aspects of the front end, including assigning registers, supporting POS coverage needs, and coordinating breaks for all Associates. Addressing customer concerns and issues promptly will be essential to ensuring a positive customer experience. You will ensure that Associates execute tasks according to the store plan, prioritizing as needed, and communicate effectively with management and Associates regarding priorities and progress updates. Additionally, you will partner with management to identify training needs for Associates, ensuring adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures. Your role will also involve promoting credit and loyalty programs, supporting store shrink reduction goals, and maintaining a safe environment for both customers and Associates. Other duties may be assigned as needed, making this a dynamic and engaging position.
