As a Retail Customer Experience Coordinator at TJ Maxx, you will play a pivotal role in promoting an excellent customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service, while also promoting loyalty programs that enhance customer engagement. You will lead by example, actively engaging with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates, ensuring that the store operates smoothly. Addressing customer concerns promptly is crucial, as you will be the point of contact for resolving issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will also be tasked with ensuring that Associates execute their tasks according to the store plan, prioritizing activities as needed. Effective communication with management and Associates is essential, as you will provide updates on progress and address any challenges that arise. Recognition and constructive feedback will be part of your leadership style, fostering a culture of growth and development within your team. Additionally, you will partner with management to identify training needs for Associates, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of their roles. Adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures is a must, as is promoting safety awareness within the store.
