About the position

The Retail Customer Experience Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring a high-quality customer service experience in retail stores. This position involves leading a team of Sales Representatives and Team Leads, managing store operations, and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives. The manager is responsible for fostering a positive environment for both customers and employees, ensuring the store is well-stocked, clean, and safe.

Responsibilities

  • Create action plans for the Sales Team and Team Leads to promote store objectives and growth in their roles.
  • Manage a team of Sales Representatives and Team Leads, ensuring the successful execution of company sales strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Facilitate the hiring process, training, and performance management for Sale Representatives and Team Leads under guidance from the Store Manager.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned, including being responsible for opening and closing the store according to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent required; 2 years of college or related technical training preferred.
  • 2 years of related retail experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead, guide and mentor store employees.
  • Strong customer service, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
