About the position

The Retail Customer Service Associate at BJ's Wholesale Club is responsible for providing exceptional service to members, handling customer inquiries, and executing membership acquisition and retention strategies. This part-time role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining a positive shopping environment while supporting the club's operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling My BJs Perks.
• Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries.
• Deliver service excellence through all points of contact with members.
• Resolve and deescalate member concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
• Assist with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club (BOPIC) orders for members.
• Maintain club policies and procedures and ensure compliance with membership standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve club goals and standards.

Requirements

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.
