About the position

Bark If You're Dirty ~ Healthy Pet Center is seeking a Retail Customer Service Leader to join our award-winning team. This role involves overseeing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment dedicated to pet care. The ideal candidate will have open availability and a passion for pets, as well as experience in retail management and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations and ensure customer service excellence.
  • Manage and build a team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Meet and maintain monthly targets and store budgets.
  • Control inventory and manage deliveries.
  • Perform merchandising duties to enhance product visibility.
  • Utilize POS systems for transactions and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Previous key holder experience (1 year+)
  • Cash handling experience (1 year+)
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
